🚚 PROCESSING & DELIVERY

●      Most orders ship within 1 business day of purchase.

●      Orders placed before 11 AM PST/PDT on business days begin processing same day.

●      Weekend and holiday orders begin processing on the next business day.

●      Check the product page for the most accurate delivery estimates, especially for drop-shipped items.

●      We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, Canada Post, FedEx, Canpar, and Purolator.

●      You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

●      Delivery times vary by destination and product origin—exact timeframes appear during checkout.


💰 SHIPPING COSTS

●      Free Shipping: Orders over $99 (before tax) ship free to most of Canada and the USA (excluding oversized items).

●      Standard Shipping: Orders under $99 have flat-rate fees:

○      $20 CAD to Canada

○      $35 CAD to the USA

●      Oversize Shipping:

○      Class 1 ($99 to Canada, $150 to USA): Cargo boxes, Roofnest Big Wing awning

○      Class 2 ($150 to Canada, not shippable to USA): Rooftop tents

●      International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

●      Remote areas and Canadian Territories may require custom quotes—we'll contact you if this applies.


📦 DELIVERY DETAILS

●      We ship to PO boxes via Canada Post (not all items are eligible).

●      Standard deliveries are left at your doorstep or mailbox.

●      Signed delivery available upon request (additional fees may apply).

●      Oversize items ship via LTL freight with scheduled delivery—you're responsible for unloading.

●      Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipping.


⚠️ DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

●      Inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.

●      For standard shipments, report any damage within 48 hours with photos of the damage and original packaging.

●      For LTL freight deliveries, damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery and reported to us immediately.

●      We are not liable for damage reported after these timeframes.

●      Package Insurance: Standard shipping includes basic insurance. Additional coverage is available upon request.

●      Non-Deliverable Packages: Items returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed packages may incur a 15% restocking fee.

●      Holiday Season & Peak Periods: Shipping times may be extended during peak seasons (including holidays). Delivery estimates are not guaranteed during these periods.

●      Delivery Confirmation: Once a package is shown as "delivered" by the carrier to the correct address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you're concerned about package security, please request signed delivery during checkout (additional fees may apply).
