🍁 60-DAY RETURNS

●      Return new, unused items in their original condition within 60 days for a full refund.

●      We stand behind our products with one of the most generous return windows in Canada.


📦 RETURN CONDITIONS

●      Items must be new, unused, and unassembled, with all original packaging and accessories.

●      Returns are free of restocking fees for items in perfect condition. A small restocking fee of 15% may apply to items showing signs of handling.

●      Not eligible for return:

○      Open box, clearance, or special order items

○      Trailer hitches, tonneau covers, rooftop tents, camping toilets, powered coolers, portable batteries, snow socks, and charging stations

○      Items that have been mounted, installed, or used


🔄 RETURN PROCESS

●      Contact our Canadian customer service team via phone (604-541-9966), online chat on our website, or email (info@modularacks.com) with your order details.

●      We'll provide a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error. Otherwise, you're responsible for return shipping.

●      Upon request, we can supply a return shipping label for your convenience. The cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

●      Please ensure items are well-packaged and shipped using a trackable method.


💰 REFUNDS

●      You'll receive a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

●      If we provided a return shipping label (for returns not due to our error), the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


⚠️ DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

●      Inspect your delivery immediately. For standard shipments, report any damage to us within 5 days of delivery with photos.

●      For LTL freight deliveries (oversized items), damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery and reported to us immediately.

●      Contact us right away if you receive a damaged or defective item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

●      Our policy meets or exceeds all requirements of Canadian provincial consumer protection laws, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

●      For purchases made in Quebec, consumers have specific warranty rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
